Product & Order Info
This collection is for pre-sale starting Friday (Nov. 27th), and ending Monday (Nov. 30th) at 11:59pm PST. You will only have within that timeframe to reach out to customer service for any order changes. After Monday you will not be able to change your order. This product is final sale.
Estimated fulfillment is 2-3 weeks. We will not be able to guarantee delivery by Christmas if you're ordering from outside the United States.

We offer free domestic shipping. For international shipping, due to high shipping costs, prices will be a flat $35.
Due to COVID-19 and holiday shipping, some shipping estimates may take longer than usual, especially for international orders. We will do everything in our ability to get orders out in a timely manner, but please be patient with us due to do certain variables being out of our control.
We are not responsible for lost packages in the delivery process. Please reach out to your carrier to resolve the issue.
Please make sure your address is typed in correctly when checking out. We are not responsible for orders that don't arrive due to an incorrect address.
Returns / Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges for our products. All products are final sale. The only exception is if you receive a damaged / misprinted product. In that case, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the product. We will email you back with next steps.
